Krzysztof Dobosiewicz was born into a musical Varsovian family.
After he graduaded from Warsaw Music Conservatory he continued violin studies at FCUM - F.Chopin University Of Music in class of prof. Zenon Bąkowski and prof. Henryk Palulis. Later he studied composition in class of prof. Bogusław Schaeffer and orchestra conducting in Salzburg Mozarteum Music Academy in class of prof. Walter Hagen-Groll.
He is also active composer, orchestrator and arranger. He changes with ease from classical concert music to improvisation, film music, jazz, electronic and experimental music.
Krzysztof is a member of Society of Finnish Composers ( Suomen Säveltäjät ry).
Dobosiewicz has won several prizes from violin and composition competition in Poland and in Finland. (Recently 1st Prize, Opera Composition Competition in Poland).
Dobosiewicz has conducted several Finnish Symphony Orchestras such as Jyväskylä Sinfonia, Joensuu City orchestra, Pori Sinfonietta and several Polish Orchestras such as Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra, Bydgoszcz Philharmonic Orchestra, Szczecin Philharmonic Orchestra, Wałbrzych Philharmonic Orchestra, Plock Symphony Orchestra, Krakow Philharmonic Orchestra, Gorzów Wielkopolski Philharmonic Orchestra, Koszalin Philharmonic Orchestra, Lublin Philharmonic Orchestra, Torun Symphony Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra Capella Bydgostiensis, Kielce Philharmonic Orchestra , Katowice Philharmonic Orchestra and recently Air Force Big Band (Finland) and Sinfonia Lahti.
